Virginia Dockery Webb
Virginia Dockery Webb (“Jenna”) has extensive experience representing developers, investors and property owners in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. Jenna works with clients in the negotiation and structuring of the deal, performing due diligence, drafting and reviewing loan and closing documentation and handling the closing. Jenna also represents landlords and tenants to draft and negotiate commercial leases for office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial space, and assists clients in resolving disputes that arise. She has assisted with a broad range of development projects, including shopping centers, mixed-use buildings, residential subdivisions, pharmaceutical plants, multi-family housing, office parks, assisted living facilities, low-income housing projects involving tax credit financing, restaurants, and breweries. Jenna’s real estate practice also includes negotiating and drafting real estate purchase agreements, easements and restrictive covenants; negotiating loan documentation for construction and permanent financing; drafting condominium association documentation; drafting property owner association documentation and forming association entities; performing title searches and certifying title. In connection with her real estate representation, Jenna also handles general corporate matters, including formation, organization, and governance of entities.
In addition, Jenna represents individuals and families in estate planning matters. She enjoys assisting her clients obtain the peace of mind that comes with ensuring that their personal, family and property related goals are met.
Prior to joining Carson Law, Jenna practiced with Schneider Law Group (formerly York Schneider) and with the Real Estate Development Practice Group of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC. Jenna also practiced with several other law firms in the Triangle area and was a Regional Zoning Representative & Tower Acquisition Specialist for SpectraSite Communications, Inc.
